test: allow specifying tests to run with NOTMUCH_TESTS env var

This is useful for just running a specific subset of tests, ie:

NOTMUCH_TESTS=crypto make test
test/notmuch-test diff | blob | history
notmuch - thread-based email index, search and tagging.
