Simplify and document the git repository setup

There's now a new gitrepo variable whose value is used for setting
srcdir, templatedir, and underlaydir.
ikiwiki.setup diff | blob | history
A fairly minimal set of files for bootstrapping a git-based ikiwiki instance.
