hunt_link_block: Remove inadvertent trailing comma

This was creating a tuple where not intended, so causing invalid
blocks structure to be sent to Slack.

This was the cause of the recent bug preventing the Turbot Home view
from working (unless the user already belonged to every available
hunt).
