Fix bug attempting to set "answering_idle" state

So annoying to have no static compiler checks for assigning to a
mistyped property like this.

Anyway, the impact of the bug here would have been fairly minimal: If
a user reloaded during idle, they would not have gotten the "Move On"
button like expected.
